Packages for Vacant Properties
Delivery and implementation by a Professional Stager. Includes rental of all furnishings and decor items to properly stage one living space, one dining space, master bedroom, accessories for all bathrooms, kitchen and entry if applicable. Includes FREE delivery and 2 month term lease on decor items.
Starting at 1200.00 (appropriate for homes under $200,000)

Decor and furniture packages are appropriate for the value of the home. Better packages are available. Subsequent rental fee is available if staging is needed for longer peroid of time.

Quotes are provided in writing after visit to home to verify packages available are appropriate for price and location of house.

Discounts available to Realtor's $50.00 off any service over 250.00

Not Selling, we can help! Staging for Living is more approach to decorating. Starting with what you already own. Fresh eyes will evaluate your space, and reinvent it using what you already have. Goal is to re-purpose items already owned or found items to create a new look on a tight budget. Basically a staging approach applied to lived in homes.

Unpacking
Imagine, all your dishes unpacked and washed and put away, food in the fridge and pantry, Beds made, kids toys unpacked, boxes gone. We can even coordinate a cleaning service to make sure everything is sparkly clean when you arrive. We will tailor service to meet your expectations and needs.

Move in decorating
Homeowners often find out when they move in; the stuff that worked in the prior home, does not work in the new house. We help you fit your existing possessions into your new space seamlessly; often using the same items in a new way.
